The Boothbay Region High School Interact Club has 25 members. BRHS Interact's main local project is raising money throughout the year to purchase gifts for local children through the YMCA ornament program.
Locally they also host an annual Spaghetti Dinner to raise money for the Boothbay Region Student Aid Fund. Interact students serve dinners at four Rotary events each year (when possible) to raise funds for their projects. Interact is also involved in an ecology project with the Boothbay Harbor Land Trust.

BRHS Interact started KIVA microlending in 2018 as their international project. Our Rotary club matched the students' initial $500 fund and so far they have lent over $2000 to 39 different countries. Interact has participated in our Rotary District 7780's NYC trip to the United Nations, RYLA, and New Generations conferences. BRHS Interact runs a monthly business meeting and plans social events throughout the school year.
