The Boothbay Harbor Rotary Club knows how to party!

What would you expect from a Rotary club that calls its weekly social hour the “Turpentine Club”?

We frequently include our spouses and family members and turn activities into social events. We’ve traditionally enjoyed a lobster bake at the end of the summer – the last few years Mike Thompson has hosted it for us on the Isle of Springs. In March we enjoy a special Valentines bash, and we mark the end of the fiscal year with a harbor cruise.

Well, at least we used to! Since 2007, we've had our changeover event at the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, along with our neighbors from the Damariscotta-Newcastle Rotary Club.  (click here for photo album ).
