International Service - Friends Forever

Friends Forever, a joint Rotary/YMCA program, works to promote peace with teens from Northern Ireland by replacing fear and suspicion of religious differences with laughter and trust. A group of young Catholics and Protestants is brought to New England and, through an intensive “lifeboat” program of shared experiences teaches them that despite religious differences they aren’t so different after all. Our Rotary Club has supported this program for many years.
